Walk to Keep the Care Going!
Walk to raise money for the Hospice Foundation, remember loved ones that are no longer with us, and honor our current and future Hospice patients. You'll enjoy games, activities, face painting, special guests and prizes - not to mention a fabulous picnic. Our 5K walk (3.1 miles) takes you through Buffalo's scenic waterfront and historic downtown, with a rest stop along the way. Or try the one-mile fun walk that's just right for small children and wheelchairs.

All teams who walk 10 consecutive years and raise $12,000 or more will receive a 12"x12" brick along the Hospice Memorial Walkway. |

5 Year Longevity Award ($7,500.00 + )
All teams who walk 5 consecutive years and raise $7,500 or more will receive an 8"x8" brick along the Hospice Memorial Walkway. |

Raise $3,000 ($3,000.00 + )
Raise $3,000 or more by May 13 and your team will receive a 4"x8" brick along the Hospice Memorial Walkway. Members will also enjoy access to the Team VIP tent with tables and chairs for picnic dining! |
