The Center for Hospice & Palliative Care is dedicated to providing seriously ill individuals, and those who share their lives, with exceptional care. This care includes hospice, palliative care, grief support, advocacy and other life-enhancing services. Since 1997, the Hospice Memorial Walk has raised over $1.9 million. This year's goal is to raise $300,000 for Hospice care in Erie County and they need your help!
