Join us in our efforts to support the Hospice Foundation of Western New York!
On May 23, thousands of walkers will be participating at the 14th Annual Hospice Memorial Walk. Please support our efforts as we walk in honor of all current and future Hospice patients. The Center for Hospice & Palliative Care is dedicated to providing seriously ill individuals, and those who share their lives, with exceptional care. This care includes hospice, palliative care, grief support, advocacy and other life-enhancing services. This year's goal is to raise $300,000 for Hospice care in Erie County and they need your help!
